What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, otherwise a late notice charge will apply. For bookings at either i) our fixed day rate or ii) scheduled for after 6pm or a Saturday, the charge is the total estimated value of the booking. For all other bookings, the late notice charge is £20+VAT
Will your Handyman turn up on time?

You can either supply your own materials that we will use and install on your behalf, or we can provide all the required materials from our reputable and trusted trade suppliers. Any materials that we are required to source for the job will be charged on your invoice at the end of the day of work/job.
